I want to add some random chance that if Vichy is accepted, then there is a possibility that one or more of the territories decides to go Free French.... My initial thoughts: 1. Paris captured, transfer capital to Algiers. 2. Vichy decision script. 3. No on Vichy, then Algiers stays as capital and I add De Gaulle HQ in Algiers. Easy. 4. Yes on Vichy then there is a 10% chance that Algeria, Tunisia and or Syria stay French. 5. If Algeria stays Free then I add De Gaulle HQ in Algiers. 5. If Algeria goes Vichy, French capital gone. If Tunisia or Syria stay free what happens? Do they go to French->Surrendered to Germany? 6. Is there anyway to then transfer the capital to either Tunis or Beirut if they stay free?
