Jev.Dk
Can you be at bit more specific?
Larry Thorne
Have you switched off the internal firewall? (from security options at preferences) that could create problems with connecting...I would recommend that you use distribute firewall only and swhitch off the internal for good. If you have both running might cause some other trouble too. If you don´t have a distributed firewall get one or get some other firewall than the XP internal. -LT
flammenwerfer
Larry, Which preferences? The internal(windows)firewall is On with exceptions enabled.
Larry Thorne
...and you have enabled it to allow using cmak cmbo cmbb...from the exceptions by adding program then choosing cmak etc. ? I am not sure if it works or not, this way. Have not tried since I have it turned off. There are other better firewalls than the internal firewall available in the internet free of charge. Using these is not my ballgame either because I have a very good firewall free of charge distributed from my internet service provider.

flammenwerfer
Thanks Larry I very rarely play tcp/ip so I wasn't aware of the internal firewall problem. Well done.
Larry Thorne
Flammenwerfer No problem Great thing if it works now. I myself like a good game of tcp with timelimit once in a while. -LT
