The texture files are shown as .tga format, they are not actually however in that format. Use Irfanview (free) to view them. Other programs might open them, but I have not tested them. You might email FinnN if you are interested in this. I believe he is getting ready to release an infantry skin mod very soon..... Happy Editing!
