JagdAlex
Hi guys, I purchased the game as a pre-order last year. But I installed it only a few weeks and unsinstalled it after. So almost a year later, I want to reinstall it and I tried to entered my license code (that I got via direct download). And I get the following error code: "Unable to get or install a license Retrieval of license failed with error code = 12004 Request date is invalid. Check your system clock. Processing terminated" Also another detail that maybe is changing something. My computer just got repaired and they put a new mother board. IS there something that I need to do in the BIOS? In regards to the system clock? Thanks for the help guys!
Sneaksie
Hm, check your system time... chances are, it's set to year 2000 or something like that, or it reverts back to 2000 each time you power down your PC because of faulty battery. JagdAlex
When you talk about system time. It is not the time and date that appears on the desktop bottom right corner... right? That if you double click on it can change the date and time? Because I did that and it did not changed anything. IS the system time something that eneds to be changed in the BIOS when I boot my computer? Thanks for your help
Madmatt
Make sure that both Windows and your Bios show the correct, day, date, month and year. If those are incorrect, you will not be able to license your game. The hours can be off a little bit, but not the day, month or year.
