I originally purchased both the DVD and download versions when the game was first released. After a few months of play I uninstalled and unlicensed the game. It seems that the code that is on the back of the case isn’t being recognized by the appropriate servers. This is the error warning I’m getting. “Unable to get or install a license Retrieval of license failed with error code = 501” Very frustrating, need help.
