eLicense - PC Crash - confirm SLA please

Hi Guys,

I sent an email to the eLicense guys asking them to clear my current license activations as one of the PCs I had the game on crashed without the opportunity for me to uninstall the license.

If they clear them all I need to do is license on both PCs again I assume

Is it monday to friday USA time for these guys??

For me as I am in AU that means a 3 day wait (our Saturday\Sunday is a day ahead of yours iirc) when any normal game would just be a re-install (20mins).... this spoiled my TOW gaming for the weekend.

Anyways I am frustrated but understand that these things can happen - a PC crash is something unforseen and this is just a game.

Hoping you can confirm the SLA for these guys to respond..

hey c'mon Wolfseven ;)

Moon you know I would have, I also believe you when you say one was sent.

However my inbox tells a different story.

I have only just got around to checking after the weekend. I don't get to play often during the week and during the weekend no mail appeared.

Is it possible for you to get them to pop it through again or should I re-email em.
