Gian
Hello I managed to redownload the game and managed to get it installed this time. But when I try and configure it I get the rts.dll not loaded. I dod look at the e-license FAQ but cannot seem to get it fixed. I don't have any license services running. I cannot even start it as it is not there at all. How does the offline license thing work or hown can I re-install the license services? Thanks, Gian
Moon
Gian, you say "when I try and configure" it. Does that mean you tried to launch towsetup? If so, please try to run the main game executable first (tow.exe). See if the license window comes up. If not, try the DEP fix I posted at the top of the forum, and see if that changes anything. DEP is a CPU feature and some CPUs seem to have all sorts of bugs and issues with it, and we're still looking for a reliable fix, but the instructions in that thread might work for you. Gian
Thanks Moon I did just that but that didn't work. I did however reinstall over the firts install and then got the license setup this time and all is working. I did that though with my Anti-Virus and Firewall disabled. Maybe that did the trick. Thanks again, Gian
