Hammer10 Posted April 19, 2007 Share Posted April 19, 2007 I have re-installed 2x. When I try to launch the game nothing happens. The pointer turns to an hourglass for 2 secs and thats it. I tried to launch the Configuration program and I get an "Dll library rts.dll cannot be loaded" error message. The demo ran fine with no problems. Sys specs: Win XP GeForce 7950 GX2 3 Ghz dual core 2 gigs ram Help!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Madmatt Posted April 19, 2007 Share Posted April 19, 2007 Did the "license game" screen ever appear for you or did you never see anything when you tried to launch you game? I did not see anything at all when I tried to launch the game and the only time anything popped up for me was for my key when I DL'd the game. Any ideas? I then turned off my virus scanner (which I've gotten lazy about doing when installing software) and reinstalled over my existing installation. Worked like a charm! I enter the license, then it connects to the internet, things seem to be about to happen, and then it hangs forever. I followed all the directions for the elicense fix, no success.
