JG53_Jaguar Posted April 19, 2007 Share Posted April 19, 2007 I have pre-ordered TOW but somehow I didn't receive any email from the website where I have pre-ordered from. i did however manage to grab and save the license number. The last page of the order did say that they would get receipt in the email but that was like 3 hours ago. Is this normal or should I contact someone at Battlefront ? Moon Posted April 19, 2007 Share Posted April 19, 2007 Email is getting more and more unreliable these days with spam filters acting on several levels. The confirmation email is automated so if you didn't get it, it probably landed in your spam box. Some servers also issue a response challenge which our system cannot reply to, since it's fully automated, and again the email lands in the spam box. For best results, make sure that you or your ISP whitelist battlefront.com or sales@battlefront.com before placing the order.
