Ishapore41
How much control of air power do we get in this game? In CM, the air strikes just appeared after a certain amount of turns and and there was no "selecting" of a target. In fact you only saw the plane's shadow. Will we be able to select a certain point on the map or a certain target to be hit by air strikes?
Markus86
you click on the air support icon, then on a point, where you want the air support. ground attack planes fly several attacks, after the fist run they search targets on their own. Elementalism
The thing I loved about CM was using Air support gave you the added suspense that 50% of the time it dropped its deadly cargo on your own troops.

Oh, my god! I almost fell out of my chair laughing after reading this remark and yet it is so true and to the point even the suspense lol.
John Kettler
It'll be interesting to see how FACs/ALOs are implemented for early war scenarios. I believe only the Germans had any for quite some time, even then pretty high up the organizational totem pole. The old AH GENERAL had a great article on this particular military-technical development. Regards, John Kettler
