Hubert Cater
#TYPE=1 essentially just means once the conditions have been satisfied and the event is under way it will never repeat and is removed from the master planning list. #TYPW=2 attempts to redo the event every time the conditions have been satisfied. Wrt some of the Sea Transport routines not executing properly this is a bug that I am correcting for the first patch.
