Schrullenhaft Posted December 23, 2003 Share Posted December 23, 2003 You would have the purchase these 'new' games, there's not 'tradeup' program.The 'new' copies are published by CDV. They don't have anything really 'new' to them, they just offer mods that are freely available for download on the internet on a second CD (or the same CD in the case of CMBO). So for users who already have the game they only provide a convenience of having the mods published on a CD.
