Sivodsi
They're even armed! Can't wait to send them charging into panzer platoons... Now don't tell me that we can't get motorbikes in there as well.. Moon
In CMBB, they fight dismounted though (aka "regular infantry"). Motorbikes ARE in, by the way, but the same thing applies - once you get to the tactical game in CMBB, the units fight and appear as regular infantry. Sivodsi
they fight dismounted I suspected as much, but its great that they'll be in the game. Motorbikes ARE in, It's fantastic news that scouting missions will be able to take advantage of their mobility. I assume we'll be able to send them blithly to their doom into the teeth of the enemy.
Moon
Sivodsi, yes, you will be able to do this. Note that CMC also comes with a pretty sophisticated Command & Control and especially Command Delay system. Your orders take time to travel to other units. It may be minutes (e.g. via radio, provided there is connection), or it may be hours (via messenger). The same time delays apply not only to orders but also to messages and reports back from the units; so if you send a scount unit forward it may take time until the info they gathered filters back through to your command post. It's a pretty cool feature and makes for a very interesting and quite realistic operational approach. Martin

Sivodsi
Yes, finally there is a point in ordering radio equipped scout cars.
