winkelried Posted April 14, 2003 Share Posted April 14, 2003 I use CMBx on a Dell Latitude C840 with NVIDIA GeForce 4 440 (64MB) 1600x1200 pixels. BIOS Version 4.17.0055, Driver Version 2.8.3.5. CMBx runs ok until I minimize the window. When I maximize it again the screen stays blank (black). Only way to remedy is to Alt-Q and to guess where the OK button is ... You may need to uninstall one of the MS security patches for 'WM_TIMER' (Q328310) found in the list of the Add/Remove Programs control panel. Here's a thread about the problem.
