Many many questions on supply

I borrowed a few of these questions from Ceasar because they seemed important.

In supplies are there are 3 catagories

Bullets, Food and Petrol. How is each handled?

Is there resupply between battles? Is it treated like CMBB Operations?

Is Fatigue more than a matter of getting tried from running in a CMBB battle?

Will the troops get tired/weakened from 10 or 15 turns of continuous marching?

One request if there is any remote posibility of a CMBB up date, fuel usage/supply would need to be added. Hopefully fuel supply makes it into CMSF.

Will CMSF eventually tie into CMC or CMCx2 upgrade?

And if the answers to his questions are that CMC doesn't handle supply beyond the bare-bones set out in the "Features" section, can we modify files by hand (or however) to reflect campaign-level logistics activities? Will we be able to create MEs made of up trucks and maybe one Hq team to use as logistics units? Will such logistics MEs be useful in that CMC will keep track of carried supplies of Beans, Bang-bangs and Go Juice in such Logistics MEs?
