Scorpious Posted June 6, 2002 Share Posted June 6, 2002 I recently downloaded the Combat Mission demo with the intention of buying it if it will work on the hardware I have. The program icon shows up ok but I cannot get the game to run. When right click "open", a list of devices and folders pops up, but cannot get them to do anything. The file that you download is a self-extracting archive; generally you should be able to accept the defaults and let it extract. If you've already done this and you're clicking on the CMBO Demo icon (I believe it looks like a black Sherman tank) and you get the problem you listed, then there is something wrong with your installation. The Demo is over 30Mb in size, so you may want to double check the size of the file you downloaded.
