I did a search but could not find anything about it.

Strategic and Operational images in the core file for a campaign are not loaded when you start a campaign. I thought I was doing something wrong but it seems to be a bug or not have been implemented since even in the default campaigns that doesn't work either.

Just something to put on THE list.
