1st_maggotundergawd
After reading a preview of the SF Video comments and known BF is a stickler for the details, will fighting a featureless desert ever have the complexity of fighting in heavy cover and mountains as in CM..the SF video sure has a sparce look at this stage. preview comments
flamingknives
From what we've heard, the terrain editor has more scope for interesting terrain than CMX1 (the previous generation engine). Especially the urban areas. I don't think that the BFC team spent that much time on map-making yet.
Sergei
No, Syria's not like Arabia.
mazex
And have a look at the Syrian central coast line using google maps... It looks like this for many miles. Green houses everywhere. Interesting tank terrain You can even see the dense green house coverage on the "mini map" (a shade of blue at the coast line) /Mazex
1st_maggotundergawd
Nice link and photos but the preview link I posted in my first post was not very kind to BF, I think people who are seeing it are assuming that's how the game will eventually look..I'm assuming now it will not.
Sergei
To me the editor seems versatile. These are my favourites in the gallery:

Previewers will need to see this type of eye-candy I suppose.
