Maybe I should scan some photos from Syria and put them online. Maybe then you would believe me. But the building style is not right in CM:SF. Reminds me more of North Africa and Eqypt than Syria. Syrian hills are also different from the game. Might as well dig those photos and negatives out. While Lebanon buildings are a mixture of French and Arabic mixed with a hint of American the Syrian towns and cities are more Arabic+Soviet. Hard to explain.
