Tero Patana Posted May 5, 2002 Share Posted May 5, 2002 I installed the 1.0 version from the game CD. After this the game works fine. When I installed 1.12 update, the CD-ROM didn't work anymore... The game says this "no CD-ROM detected" message and can't play all game modes. What's wrong with the update?? I have the orginal CD, not copied. I tried both of my drives (DVD & CDRW) but with the same error. I also tried to find no-CD-fix, but I couldn't find any so I was forced to play with the 1.0 version to get the game working. What I should do? Any help appreciated. BT Ah, in the download page they say that the newest version of the CD-ROM is 1.12e, and thus doesn't need updating. So problem solved. Captain Wacky Posted May 5, 2002 Share Posted May 5, 2002 Yes, I believe if you update the retail version of the game to 1.12 this problem will occur.
