When I launch, I get the videos (if I'm not using no-video) and then go to a black screen with "Graphics Initialisation..." After a few seconds, I get a windows error dialog telling me "Core.exe has encountered a serious error" Microsoft Online Crash Assistance reports as follows: Error caused by Morgan Multimedia: No specific solution found Problem Description An analyst at Microsoft has investigated this problem and determined that an unknown error occurred in Morgan Stream Switcher. This software was created by Morgan Multimedia. Problem Resolution Microsoft has researched this problem with Morgan Multimedia, and they do not currently have a solution for the problem that you reported. Downloading and installing the latest version of Stream Switcher makes no difference. Can't say I'd installed it prior to running the demo. DivX codec v6 was installed, running XP pro on an AMD64 3800+, 2Gb memory. Graphics card is Nvidia 6800GT running 77.72 drivers.
