Don_Rostov
Anyone know how to reverse the axis in the game. No luck with Saitek software, and didn't see it in the game. Also, anyone else using the X-45 have a profile for this game? I'm really lost, and for immersion value, I'd rather not rely soley on the keyboard and mouse.
Don_Rostov
I'm yet to find one answer to this question in all the forums. Only thing I get is that I should use my mouse. Did someone forget something in the programming. A mistake like this is very amatuer, and has basically made the game un-playable. Using a mouse as a turret control is very unrealistic as compared to the steady motion of slewing a joystick.
JudoHedgehog
I'm going to try the virtual joystick driver PPJoy when I get home and just reverse the axes in that. More info on PPJoy here, it's a F4AF thread but using the app will be the same. http://www.simhq.com/simhq3/sims/boards/bbs/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=140;t=000057
Don_Rostov
Thanks for the link. I even disabled the joystick in config, and mapped the up and down arrows to the joystick the way I wanted, game still recognizes the joystick, and wrongs all my rights. And to show I'm not the sharpest, I took apart an old joystick, and basically reversed it. It was nice to see a push brough the barrel down, but I was horrified when I slew right, only to go left.

JudoHedgehog
I tried PPJoy, got the Y axis all nice and reversed, made sure to set it as controller id 1. Look in the test area for virtual joystick in the control panel gaming options, Y axis is working in reverse. Fire up T-72, Y axis not reversed. I'm at a loss here, please ask the devs to consider a joystick reverse in the options for the first patch.
