Cooperative?

OK, I see that one of the features is "Local Area Network (LAN) multiplayer capable".

Is this cooperative play? In other words, can a few of us get together on my LAN and play against an enemy AI?

If so, you'll have a few orders!

Yes, you can do that, and play coop against the AI, or play against each other, or any combination thereof. You can play multi-crew, too, with up to three players per tank, or can have everybody command his own tank, or - you guessed it - any combination of that

Currently only works over LAN, but we're working on a full multiplayer internet add-on to be released later this year.

In multi-crew, is there enough "to do" to make it fun in all the positions?

I would think so. The positions are driver, gunner and tank commander (with the AA MG). There is plenty to do for each one of them. When you're playing alone, the positions are taken over by the AI.

I guess I was hoping to play all the single player missions cooperatively....bummer...
