Sixxkiller
Yep thats right, Jack Hillard is now the 2nd pilot that I can find that has won such a distinction. Zonzo has a pilot that won one too. Anyone else win their nations highest award? -Ray
Ron
Congratulations! It is fairly rare, as I know I have destroyed all 4 enemies at least twice before without having it awarded, but there are a few other Pilots who have the VC. The DSO seems to be handed out quite regularly, yet I have never seen the Military Cross even after successfully escorting bombers many, many times undamaged. Not sure what the requirements are for that one. Ron
Guest Mike
Tomb's pilot "Duke" has 2, but only shows up on the eladerboard if you look back further than this month.
Horatius
Congratulations! I won the VC with one of my british pilots (Loyd A. Trigg) 2 weeks ago for shooting down 4 Japanese planes in an escort mission while loosing both my bombers at the same time, so you could really say i swept the sky clean off ALL aircraft . And that meant no chance of a military cross anyway, so they had to give me the VC! By the way, as the proud holder of the cross you can now call your pilot Jack Hillard, VC as an official part of your name, maybe we can convince the DIF team to change the names of all VC holders (just kidding). Sixxkiller
Haha. I didnt lose the bombers but one was the marlbourgh man. I think I have 4, 4 kill games now. Even had a wingy do it but still only 1 of these VC's. -Ray
