Guest Mike Posted November 8, 2005 Share Posted November 8, 2005 Just a little point on how squadrons are named, at least in RAF/commonwealth tradition - it's not "233rd Squadron" or 78th Squadron" - it's "233 Squadron" (Two-three-three Squadron) or "78 Squadron" This is in reference to the squadron titles that appear under the bombers in escort missions.
