We just, um, underestimated the time and testing it takes to implement good online servers for all the features that we crammed into the game We don't want one of "those" releases that plagued a lot of the massive multiplayer games in the past... that's why we're going to release a free beta demo first; and to be honest the time for a propoer announcement about all of this isn't too far away. However, since we were so wrong in the past with our estimates, you won't hear anything more from me until the fat lady has sung. Twice.
