well-dressed gentleman
The Japanese are rumored to have employed a secret squadron of submersible aircraft carriers in the latter years of the war. Shouldn't the European and North American powers also have access to this technology? It would jazz up the North Atlantic theatre of operations. R.J.
There's the problem with using it for the West Front- it's obviously only good for launching Kamikazes.
well-dressed gentleman
Here's a better photograph of the plane with the floaties on it. The Seiran was designed to be launched by catapult, landed on water and retrieved, though I guess you could still fly it on a suicide mission if you really wanted to.
