aesopo
German anti-air should be given a tank offense/defense rating as I do remember that the 88 anti-air gun was used by Rommel against tanks with devastating effect (he had to throw the kitchen sink against the allies!). Colin I
Aesopo - specialized use. The 88 was great in the Desert but not so good at D-Day (it is big so gets flattened by artillery, in the close range high cover environment of Normandy the German high velocity 75 was harder to spot but at that range still deadly. The British adapted 25 pounders (artillery) as AT too. I think in a strategic game this is below resolution - really think the AT unit is unecessary given we have AT technology anyhow. Liam
88s were great, but so was the bofors from Sweden, 40mm, like an automatic antiair unit! I think different antiair for different situations.
