antarctic Posted October 20, 2002 Share Posted October 20, 2002 Hi! I'm a newbie here, and have just downloaded and tried the CMBB Demo. I an considering whether to purchase the CMBB/CMBO combo pack. I have noticed that whenever you save a game midway through a scenario, and boot it up later, it always crashes back to the desktop right after you select units. Is this a known bug with the Demo and/or the full version game, or does it have something to do with my computer/how I am doing things? Thanks for any help/advice Antarctic BTW. kmead Posted October 20, 2002 Share Posted October 20, 2002 I don't think this is prevalent or we would see it spoken of repeatedly. I specifically did not have this problem. Have you tried it on several files saved at different times? If it happened with just the one file, it may have been corrupted. If it happens time after time, with multiple files, I would suspect the installation of CMBB. BeWary Posted October 21, 2002 Share Posted October 21, 2002 If you're crashing when clicking on your own bailed crews, that is a known bug. That has been the only crash bug I've had with the demo. CMBB crashes when I click on bailed crews, except I usually have it zoomed out so far I didn't notice. Thanks for the tip. Is this an issue in the fuill version of CMBB, or CMBO? Madmatt Posted October 22, 2002 Share Posted October 22, 2002 Its a known bug in the demo but it is fixed in the forthcoming v1.01 patch. In the full game this issue does not cause a crash but it is still addressed in the patch.
