I'm a bit stuck for the best way to use it as the basis for a scenario, so I thought I'd make it available in the meantime in case anyone else wants to have a bash. I had to scale it down a bit to fit into the limits of the CM map editor, but the main features are in place, and in the correct proportions, so you'd hardly know.
