mscano
I have the original mail order version of CMBO and also CMBB. Is there any reason to get the retail version of CMBO? Is there anything new in this version that's not available for download?
rune
The scenarios and mods are all available online, and you do not need to purchase a new copy if you don't want to. Rune
Panzertruppe
Note.....if you still have dialup...or if you don't want to spend hours downloading all the mods that come with CMBO-SE...then it's a great bargin! Bill
Cabron66
I don't think it's worth your time. The new stuff on the CD is pretty standard for a player who has been around for a while and has kept in touch with what's gone on in the mod community. In fact, the mods that come with the CD are not very convenient to use as they must all be applied manually. I think it's definitely worth the effort to download CMMOS and get all the CMMOS versions of the downloads. MikeT has gone and converted all the old CMBO stuff to CMMOS format.
