md80 Posted December 5, 2003 Share Posted December 5, 2003 I am having the yellow text on white background problem. i have tried disabling AA as well as the alt+tab fix as well as the bmp fix that was posted in the faq section. nothing is working.. anyone have a solution. What it is are the text BMP files re-done with different colors (so they should be readable). For CMBB & CMAK you will need to rename the files "30000.bmp" to "0.bmp", "30001.bmp" to "1.bmp" and "30002.bmp" to "2.bmp" and copy them into the BMP directory. This should make the text at least legible (though not beautiful). Looking over the Troubleshooting FAQ it looks like you already tried this, but I assumed that replacing the BMPs should have worked (the text should look quite different).
