I now have a NEW 'puter running W'XP and would like to Start from Scratch again. Now, "back in the days", Matt used to have a NICE kind of a guide for logical process of Modification etc. NOW I see that things have continued to IMPROVE - Mods are even BETTER. Cull Posted April 29, 2002 Share Posted April 29, 2002 Well, I'm not even close to the authority on this (in fact I've just installed a new hardrive, and am sort of in the same boat), but I'd definitely start with the CMMOS update on CMHQ. In case you're unfamiliar, it completely simplifies mod-handling over the "old school" methods. Not all the mods are CMMOS-ready, but it does a lot, including converting many of the old "batch file" mods. There are some great terrain and vehicle packs for it, as well as individual stuff.
