Andreas, since you're home with a cold and have nothing better to do, how about a translation? It's "only" 600 pages, I can scan them for you and send them, but of course I know you must have a copy already... Any German speakers with an English copy of Angolia's book wanna trade me? Learn German.I can read most of the captions, and I knew enough to actually navigate the interface to order the book - and they were nice enough to email me in English when they found out I sent them the wrong mailing address (doh - spoonerized my apt number and building number).
