Flickering and Invisible mouse

Which OS (Windows version) are you running ? Do you know the version of DirectX and the driver version you're running too ?

The Intel i8xx series of chipsets with built-in video are only going to do a mediocre job with CMBO. They should generally work, but larger scenarios will be choppy. I believe they may also lack fog-table features and may not do everything correctly. One user had problems with the latest drivers and had to downgrade to a previous release. I'm not sure if a motherboard BIOS update may help or not (it may have the latest video BIOS - though that may mean nothing in this case).

I had that problem...the older Intel i810 helped out- apparently I "over-upgraded" my drivers.

As for the mouse, I also used to have that problem. The solution was to use only the *default mouse pointer*. That's actually even stated on p.166 of the Manual for CM:BO.

Good luck,

Kevin
