I release a new version for several different reasons, either new features, or bug fixes. v4.02 represents both of those cases. Part of the feature work that's necessitating more frequent updates of CMMOS is that we don't have a complete BMP and WAV listing for CMBB, so I'm adding them as people give them to me or as mods need them.
