Frenchy Posted September 4, 2002 Share Posted September 4, 2002 To begin, let me state my system: Win98SE, 400Mhz Intel Celeron, 348 Megs of Ram. Video Card is a Voodoo3 2000 with 16megs of onboard video ram. This is slightly below the minimum specs for a PC. I downloaded the demo and was able to install it without a hitch. CMBB detected my 800x600 resolution. Played the Citadel scenario and am currently playing Yelnia Stare (both as Germans). I was ready for a slow load on the graphics and I wasn't wrong. Based on what I have seen so far, I'll be able to play the small to medium size scenarios without any noticable delay (around 10-15 seconds for a graphics load). The large scenarios will be out for me I am afraid. Changes in the game take some getting used to after years of CM:BO. So far the only thing I am having a tough time with is the map scrolling. Right now doesn't seem as "smooth" as CM:BO. I will definately purchase this game based on what I have seen.
