DrAlimantado Posted December 2, 2002 Share Posted December 2, 2002 In CMBO there was this wierd but very rare bug, which meant that when you were playing a pbem the computer would absolutely refuse to load the file, and letting your opponent redo the last turn would not help either as the game would just produce a new unreadable file. Unfortunately this seems to be happening much more often in CMBB. Yeah, I have not done any scientific tests on this, but so far I have had more pbem lockups in two months of playing than what I had with CMBO during two years. What I want to know is: - Has this become more common in CMBB or am I just the subject of some bad luck? - Is it known what causes this problem? - Is there any planned cure for this problem? Yes, I did a search. This happens both in pre-patch and post-patch games. I use a pop3 account.
