Havermeyer
In scenario (snip) my Nebelwurfer spotter called a beautiful strike, resulting in two tree bursts-- killing 30 of his fellow SS! They were hunkered down HUNDREDS OF METERS FROM TARGET. After everyone had changed soiled trousers, I sent the little "go-getter" trotting into the two Ami AT guns HE COMPLETELY MISSED, THOUGH CLEARLY SAW! Thankfully, the suppressing fire kept the Ami rifles down, but the AT gun got a bead and... Buckeye
The German rockets are notoriously inaccurate. I never use them unless my troops are a significant distance from the target. As for suicide charges for the FO...well, I suppose it wouldn't be the first time that the SS treated their own to some punishment. ------------------ "Don't lie to me, Gustav! stodge
I turn them into hex shaped 2d units and ban them to star in Talonsoft's West Front, never to appear in full, glorious 3d again. Ok, so it made me laugh anyway [This message has been edited by stodge (edited 07-17-2000).]
