Mikester Posted March 26, 2001 Share Posted March 26, 2001 Hey folks, Been running CM from day 1 on my PIII-500 under Win98SE and never had a problem. Looking to get new computer and I'm trying to determine what problems / issues people have had playing CM and Other Games under Win ME or 2000? I see the CM specs now show that the game supports ME/2000 OS's just wondering what issues there might be lurking out there for the unwary. derwood Posted March 30, 2001 Share Posted March 30, 2001 I'm running Win2000 and I do have problems with the text disappearing after I leave the map screen. Easily solved by escaping to my desktop and then returning. I don't think that this is a Win2K problem though, I'm using a NVidia video card which the documentation says *may* cause problems.
