I have a couple of somewhat ok scenarios but want to change victory conditions somewhat to Force the attacking Germans to have to try to go through my defending Americans. I can't sem to change the flag location, so what do I do ??? Exit markers?? hat are those in the editor?? How do I give an onjective to the attacker other than the flag? *pathy runs for the pond and jumps in to put out the flames* Seriously, thanks for any help I may get.... ------------------ this is pathfinder's evil twin
Guest Madmatt
Flags and units are positioned IN the Map Preview Mode. You can select and position the flags there and place it where ever you want. You are also not limited to placing units into the setup areas that you have defined. Those are for the player. You can place any units ANYWHERE on the map in Map Preview Mode. See page 118 in the Manual for more info... Madmatt... ------------------ If it's in Combat Mission, it's on Combat Mission HQ! Wild Bill Wilder
Matt is quite right. The process is go into the map preview section. Find the flag, click on it. Then type "P" and click on the spot you want the map. Its that simple. Good luck with it, Pathfinder! ------------------ Wild Bill Lead Tester/Designer Combat Mission-Beyond Overlord billw@matrixgames.com
Wild Bill Wilder
One more answer. The only other objective you can give a unit is an "exit" side. If one side or the other gets points for exiting the map, they will try to do that. Objective flags are usually a higher priority, however. Get the flag and then get out of Dodge WB
