murpes Posted December 22, 2002 Share Posted December 22, 2002 I had one of the CMBB Strategy Guides that was missing pages 1/53 -1/85. I did the usual thing - contacted sales@battlefront.com with the pertinent information. And what do I find in my mail today? My "replacement." In a Fed Ex envelope I found the missing pages 1/52 and 1/85 without the rest of the manual! Also included was a razor blade, a piece of tape 2" x 6" and photocopied instructions on how to cut my existing copy between 1/52 and 1/86, insert the new pages, and then put it all back together with the tape on the spine! Actually, I got my replacement today with no fuss from BFC - excellent customer service yet again. A public thanks for a job well done. BFC kind of reminds me id in the pre-Doom days, before they got all huge. I actually talked to Jay Wilber once, and he kick-started my career. But that's a different story.
