Pre-planned bombardement on turn 1 doesn't work

hi, I used the scenario editor to make myself a nice town to blow up with corps and army level rocket artillery fire. Well, plotting on turn 1, the delays were the same as normal, 12 mins delay before the rockets start pounding. And the fire was very innacurate. I tried doing the same with 152mm and 122mm and the same thing happened, no prep bombardment on turn 1. It seemed to work fine in the demo, so why is the full game not working ?

I haven't been having any problem with pre-planned bombardment.

Can you adjust the firing plan? I see in the CMBB manual that ME battles don't allow pre-planned bombardments so look at the battle parameters and see if its set for a ME.

You might be able to find a answer in the CMBB manual and I'm looking at pages 214, 215 under Artillery Changes.
