bman7755 Posted October 19, 2002 Posted October 19, 2002 I just noticed something that squads armed with molotive coocktails do not throw them at infantary. Whitch doesnt seem to make any sense. It seems like the cocktails would be an effecitive weapon agianst troops in buildings and scattered tress. Causing terrain fire and forcing them to abondon just wondering if their ability not to taget infantary was delbierate or not?
Björn Eriksson Posted October 20, 2002 Posted October 20, 2002 Have you ever thrown a molotov cocktail in real life? If you have, you would have noticed that they aren't very effective in open spaces. I doubt that a molotov can set a house on fire or be very effective in a forest. Also, if you were equipped with a rifle and a molotov and had enemies shooting at you at short range, would you rather take the time to light and throw a molotov or fire your weapon?
