davidh Posted June 18, 2001 Share Posted June 18, 2001 I searched for this but couldn't find any info... A friend just bought CM and can't get the CD to work. He say that he gets the 'this is not a Macintosh disk' message. We've tried troubleshooting in all the usual ways to no avail. His other CD's seem to read just fine. He uses OS 8.6, has 128 MB RAM, and whatever original hardware is otherwise in an original iMac. Any thoughts or suggestions? (Or if I missed it in the search, just point me in the right direction).
