The purchase of arty should be for smoke only. works like this, I want some 81mm mortar HE and smoke. I have to buy separate FOs. One can only lay smoke, the other can only call in HE. Lets say the 81mm used to have 120 rounds in a mission (like it is now in CMBB). Now the smoke FO gets 20 rounds and HE FO gets 100 rounds.
