(Thanks very much Ozzi Digger) It make mention of Scorpions being used to clear gaps in the minefields. The donkey that spun the flail was in an armoured box, which tended to cause ot to overheat and breakdown. Also, the amount of dust they threw up in the desert made navigation extremly problematic. So, overall, at ElAl they weren't a stunning success, but obviously the concept was deemed worthy enough to recieve contiued attention and development.
