When a designer makes a battle, the last view for each side is locked by saving the game file. If you mean in QBs, I don't think that can be changed. During an uphill battle hot key "shift A" is used to adjust the angle up so your not looking into the ground,but when you change the "view height" the view angle goes back to where your looking into the ground again and you have to use hot key "shift A" to raise the angle again.
