help gaming problem

I an having a problem mith my games. My cmbo as i start to play the CP just goes to a blank screen and restarts. hear are my pc specs:

I suggest downloading and installing Catalyst 2.3, which isn't the latest driver (v. 2.5). It's the second driver in this list.

Some users of Catalyst 2.4 (and possibly 2.5) have reported the 'blank screen' problem, with may be due to FSAA (which ATI calls something else). However the easiest bet is to go back to 2.3.

Looking at your current drivers it seems, according to the version numbers, that you have a driver that was actually intended for Windows 2000 rather than XP (though they're often interchangable).
