Gordon
Ladies, Gentlemen and Grogs, See: Oddball_E8's request for Italian theater camouflaged Sherman mods. I am not familiar with any references for British use of camouflaged vehicles in Italy beyond Sicily and early into the campaign on the mainland. Beyond that, it appears plain Khaki/Bronze Green was the norm. The Kiwis employed a couple of different camouflage schemes, and the Americans used some camouflage early on as well. But, unfortunately, I have no references showing the British use of camouflage in Italy. Anyone out there with references? Thanks, Gordon
Emar
Took a quick look through my books and sent you one Sherman camo scheme from the Cassino theatre. If I get time will look for some more. Ran accross some South African and NZ camo schemes as well. Eric
